Peter and his crew at Skytrust Builder completed two projects for me, a total renovation of a bathroom and converting open living space into an extra bedroom. His crew completed both jobs quickly, with a quality that exceeded my expectations. When water damage was discovered during the bathroom demolition, we agreed that one interior wall needed to be totally rebuilt, and the additional cost was reasonable. For the bedroom conversion, a couple of other contractors tried to convince me that extra work was needed and quoted double or triple the cost for unnecessary work (like providing foundational

I hired SkyTrust Builder to do a pretty significant remodel of my hundred-year-old San Francisco condominium. The project included removing a load-bearing wall on the top floor, which required support work to occur on the two floors below, and foundation work at the ground level, and a complete remodel of the kitchen, bath, laundry room, and the addition of a new half bathroom.
