After the initial phone call I was asked to take photos of the work I needed done. Once the photos were sent, and me calling a few days later to find out what was going on, I finally got a call back and an appointment scheduled to have the work done. Then, a week later, I received a text from an unknown number stating they need to reschedule my faucet repair. I replied asking when. I still haven't received a call, text, or anyone knocking on the door to this date. That was over a week ago. So, I can't comment on their work because they never showed up. I've since had the job done.

I called later in the evening thinking I could leave a voicemail, but was actually able to set it up right then. He was here the next day. It ended up being a simple fix for our shower faucet. Prompt and professional. Worked efficiently and had it done in less than an hour. Was able to explain what happened and how he fixed and added some "grease" so that it hopefully wont happen again.

We chose to work with DeGarmo Plumbing and Piping to put the process plumbing, Steam and Water systems into operation during the build out and construction of the Dancing Goat Distillery in Cambridge, WI. These guys are great to work with and they have a great deal of skill and talent at all levels. Collectively they bring what we needed to the table and they demonstrate that they listen and "Get" what we were looking to accomplish. I would chose to work with DeGarmo again if the opportunity comes up.

Late and they overcharged me for labor. They arrived at 8:16 for a 7:15 appointment and charged me for 1.5 hours of labor. I have cameras in the house that has them coming in at 8:16 and leaving by 9:15. The guy told me is was for travel time and expenses. $50+ for travel time and expenses is more than other company. Go elsewhere this company will rip you off.
