As part of Mac Haik Automotive's expansion of the Toyota dealership in League City, Ryden Architecture was retained to provide a new 8-bay Express Service Center with lobby to create a customer oriented, street facing vehicle servicing building. The intent of the project was create a building with the feel and appearance of high-end retail to facilitate the customers service experience and expectations.
Ryden Architecture recently completed an interior office renovation for Mac Haik Realty at their Toyota Dealership in League City. As part of the renovation, the Owner wanted to create the feel and appearance of high-end retail, however it had to also comply with Toyota Corporate's strict material standards.
The Project consisted of an interior renovation/reconfiguration of 2,100sf office and service area into a new Service Writer customer service area for the Mac Haik Ford Dealership on the Katy Freeway. The project also included included the removal of the existing Service Writer offices and structural components located in the center of the existing drive bay in order to create a wide-open space with better vehicular access and configuration.
Starting with two existing shell spaces, Ryden Architecture was tasked to quickly design the new Texas Southern University Welcome Center and Student FinancialAssistance Department, a new concept in forward facing, service oriented student facilities for new and prospective students of TSU. The build-out quickly took shape as a modern facility with open ceilings and warm, light, clean finishes.

We hired Greg to help us remodel a building for a preschool. It turned into a much bigger project than we expected but Greg exceeded our expectations throughout the process. The drawings were a bit complicated but he worked with us throughout the entire process. Towards the end of the project we had a few issues with the City of Houston and Greg went the extra mile to help us navigate the bureaucracy of the city. I recommend Greg and Ryden Architecture and he will be the first person I call for future projects.

Greg Ryden the owner of Ryden architect is an embisil. He took 17 months to do construction plans. He signed contract to do in 3 months. After 17months he gives incomplete plans and expired permits. He designs dog kennels at Happy Pets Vets without floor slope and drains. This is inspite of him towering and taking pictures of the old kennels that had floor slopes and drains. Greg visited the old kennels a million times. Sadly the old kennels were built by a Spanish person and he didn’t spoke a word of English as well as there were no architecial plans for him to follow. Greg you are an idiot
