Ten years ago we purchased 3 residential Heat pumps and have had absolutely no problems. Eight years ago, we purchased a commercial unit that has had no problems since. On another commercial unit with a 40 year old heat pump, I called someone else first. *I let some bad online reviews influence me against my better judgement.* The other companies quoted inflated prices and unneeded parts. After finally calling Koolwave, they replace 3 capacitors. Two were bad and one was iffy. they also took apart and cleaned the unit and replace indoor filter for less than half the quoted price from the other

115 degrees. AC quit working. Called at 7AM. Technician Julian arrived at 7:30. Determined the problem, made the repairs, recommended installation of surge protector to prevent reoccurrence of problem. Installed same and back in seevice by 9:30. Super fast response. Skilled Technician. Great service.

I unfortunately let online reviews influence me and called a competitor first. They told me that my fan replaced less than a year ago and 1 capacitor was bad. The price was higher than I was expecting. I decided to verify with Kool-Wave. I told them what the other company said was wrong. They checked it out and right off the bat said that the fan motor was replaced within the last year. I had replaced it my self. Then let me know that 2 of the capacitors were bad and went ahead and replaced all three just to be safe. (Background this ac is a 40 year old commercial unit) Kool-Wave then took apart

I wanted to give a HUGE KUDOS and Thank you to Brady and his guys from Kool Wave Air Conditioning and Heating. They were fast, friendly and efficient when replacing our spilt unit with a whole new system. Brady got us in his schedule and got the house back to being nice an cool..10x better than it originally was. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND KOOL WAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING TO EVERYONE. I called these guys about getting a quote for mini splits in my RV garage. Had a nice discussion with the gentleman that answered the phone. He said they were busy but they would call me back to schedule an appointment for them to come out. Ten days later I had not received a call. Called them back and the guy said he'd be sure to have someone call me. Never got a call back. If they're this unresponsive before they get your money I can just imagine how they are after you pay them. No thanks.
