In late 2015, we were not pleased with the performance of our landscape provider. The quality of work had declined and the responsiveness to our inquiries was inadequate. At that time, we decided to switch our landscape maintenance to Frank Lynch and the team at The Green Thumb. We saw an immediate improvement in both of our areas of concern.

Had them do a 2 level patio and knee wall in 2017. It started falling apart in 2019 and they agreed to fix it after a year. In the middle of the repair they lost their paver guy so I asked if they would let me hire someone else to finish the repairs and Frank agreed to pay the $2800 for repairs. I have yet to receive any money from them ...I keep getting told that they were working on it. Avoid this company as they do not keep their word and are unreliable at best

I love this place! When creating a new garden along the side of my home, I purchased several camellias and azaleas from them. Needless to say, I receive so many compliments! The plants are healthy and flowered beyond my expectations. I'm heading that way again, to buy some small trees for my backyard. I know I'm going to be satisfied with whatever I decide to buy!

I recently had The Green Thumb do a landscaping project for me. Scott Smith came out prepared a design and quote. Duane and his crew did the job. They did an amazing job. They were thorough, professional, … courteous and educating. Frank the owner was in contact with me regarding the timing of the job and very helpful. The Green Thumb is now the only company I will use for all my future landscaping projects.

Awesome variety of flowers, shrubbery, and herbs. I didn't need any help myself, but I saw employees helping out other customers and was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help. The icing on the cake is that I saw two really cute and friendly black cats roaming around, one of which jumped into a ceramic planter in front of me for an afternoon nap. I hope those cats have a good day.

I have always found a great selection of plants and have been several times. The past two times that I have went the customer service was not great. The young lady on the register needs to find a new profession, I believe she said her name was Erin. Very cold, no knowledge and made me feel like a complete bother. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

We chose 4 plants that were put aside, and they brought 4 different ones, 2 of which were broken, as corroborated by an employee there. He admitted their mistake. But upper management is unyielding with a refund. We received the receipt after the fact with tiny print that says no refund. No mention was made at the time of purchase. They refuse to refund the one plant we brought back. We planted the other broken one. We do not recommend this place.

Awful and rude service. The gardeners in the nursery are great however the associate who works the counter is extremely rude and never helps customers. I love the plants but will not return as a result of this associate. There are too many great nurseries on the island to put up with anything but exceptional service!

Doug was great, he followed our landscape sketches to the letter and filled them
with the types of plants that we wanted. They said it was fine to install the new
landscape in Janurary, 2014. The first night, frost killed all the annuals, damaged most of the perrinals and some of the evergreens. We were missled. After many calls and written notes, we finally got a response 3 monthes latter. They never replaced one plant.
Now, many calls and another 3 months we still do not have any replacement plants.
This was a five figure job, the plants were guaranteed and I feel we were really taken advantaged
with the types of plants that we wanted. They said it was fine to install the new
