These guys found the problem I had been having for several years. Another prominent BR company told me I needed a whole new unit. I called BR Heating and Air and they determined that the drain pipe wasn't capped, which was causing the blower motor to burn up repeatedly. They re-ran the pipe, capped it and saved me a substantial amount of money and time!

The biggest frauds in the air conditioning repair business. Would i recommend this company to anyone. Definitely not. I was giving a estimate of $750 total for a so called burnt air conditioning board and that wasnt even the problem. Being without air in the middle of a crisis overcharging people hundreds on dollars you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Dont go to this company for work save your money and go somewhere else.

I would NOT recommend this company to anybody. They serviced my a/c unit on May 13 and their substandard work did not hold up 10 days. I called them to report the issue and they refused to come back out without wanting to charge another trip. Horrible customer service. Never again. They don’t stand behind their work, no warranty, no nothing without them wanting more money.

I have used Baton Rouge Heat and Air for many years and they have come to my rescue many times. Today, we were out of town and the pan over flowed. They sent a tech out quickly and fixed the problem all with out me being there. Once the a/c was working again, they called me to give me all the details.

My old AC service was becoming unreliable so I hired BR AC to recommend and install a new AC unit. They recommended Trane. It is an awesome unit.

We then hired them to do two inspections and maintenance calls a year. They do the most thorough job I have ever seen

I’m afraid that my Mom is being taken advantage of because she is retired and lives alone. She hired BR Air to look at her unit and they seem to be able to fix her air for a day or so before she has to call them again because it’s miserable in this house. $300 in service fees $255 in diagnostic fees, no telling how much in parts for two capacitors and she still has no air. You folks need to send someone to her immediately and do NOT charge her additional service and diagnostic fees and get to the root of the problem. She has paid you to do this three times and you have failed three

After waiting for two other companies to call me back for 3 days, I called BR Heating and Air. They sent out Al within the hour. I had to reschedule because they sent him out so quickly, I couldn't change plans. He came out at 8am the next day and was great. He explained everything to me, offered to repair first, but also gave me prices on a new unit. I went with the repair and he was done 2 hours later. He gave me a few pointers on keeping up with the cleaning for my particular unit. Very knowledgeable and patient. I feel like I was taken care of 100%.

Baton Rouge Air Conditioning recently repaired my AC at 1/20th the cost the other AC company wanted to charge to "replace my AC" The manager at the company told me when I called them they "come from a time when we used to fix things, not just replace them." Josh was the AC tech and was very friendly and customer service oriented. I would recommend.

Quick, efficient, polite, knowledgeable - I have never lived in a place where I need an AC system, so being in LA I now know how important a cool house is. And even better, I know who to call if I need my AC repaired or maintained. 5-stars, A+.
