Purchased a new home in a nice neighborhood, within one week had rodents inside an interior wall. When I called to inform Majestic of the issue they told me since the house was open during construction that animals can get in but since that’s not something covered by their warranty it was up to me to rid my new home of rodents that had gotten in during the building process. Within two weeks I received a letter from the neighborhood committee stating the landscaping is not in compliance with neighborhood codes. Come to find out this last issue has been an issue with nearly every home they’ve
