Last year, while I was getting proposals from different companies to replace the roof at my house, I ended up having a productive conversation about roofs with the owner of Ocala Roofing. I asked questions to which I already knew the answers, just to test if he would take advantage of my ignorance, but he didn't. On the contrary, he was a straight shooter and provided more useful information than I was expecting, without wasting my time with the typical sales pitch. It was so refreshing to get straight and honest answers, that I made my decision to hire them on the same day that we had that conversation

On July 30 2021 I contacted Ocala Roofing for a repair on my metal roof. The office staff was very professional and set up a estimate on August 2 at 11:00 Austin showed up 15 minutes early. Looked at the roof took measurements decided what would be needed and told me I would have the estimate E-Mailed to me by 4:00 without fail. That reassured me because no other roofer showed up even after multiple calls and appointments. I called the office at 4:00 on august 3 (24 hrs after I was assured I would have the estimate , And was tole the E-Mail address was correct and they were working on it and would

I shopped around and got quotes from 5 different roofing companies for a replacement. Ocala Roofing was very responsive and professional. They sent the quote in a very timely manner and were the best price of all of the companies. The owner also contacted me to discuss the roof around my chimney. He provided the rationale for why we needed to consider changes around our chimney area and gave us some helpful options.

Ocala Roofing took very good care us. They replaced a roof in May, 2021 that was over 20 years old and had several bad places. They addressed all our concerns. Eddie, José, and Enrique were polite and hard-working. Mr. Eddie was very patient with my questions.They did a great job of cleaning up, which they did everyday for the 3 days they were there. The receptionist, Ms. Alanna, was always kind and helpful when we spoke. Mr. Smith came by everyday. Thank you very much for the great job.

I chose Ocala Roofing to replace my roof as a condition of selling. OR was incredibly easy to work with, helpful, and were able to complete the roof within a reasonable amount of time and cost. The roofers were very nice and cleaned up remarkably well. The quality of the work was obvious in looking at the finished product.

I would recommend Ocala Roofing to anyone. God bless Wayne, Alana, Mike and his crew that put my roof on. Mike reassured me that when they got done with the roof that had a couple leaks would stop and they have. They were very respectful, explained everything they were going to do, cleaned up the debris. Thank You is just not enough but it comes from my heart. God Bless each and everyone that were involved in this process.

Wayne from Ocala roofing was recommended to me by another roofer, who did not want to do my roof, because the house was built in 1955 (meaning it is not a standard job) and I am very picky. At first I was upset to be rejected by the other roofer, but that didn't last long. Ocala Roofing gave me a quote that was $1000 cheaper than everyone else and held my picky hand through the whole process.
