I got few estimates for a new sprinkler system. Tim Clepper's bid was very detailed. He was willing to listen and took time to explain everything. He was very sincere about getting city's permission, followed all the protocols. We had a pool built in our new home. Clepper’s Landscape Services came in afterwards and did the landscaping, sprinkler and drainage rebuild and installed landscape lighting.
We had quotes from other landscape firms – Tim’s quote was thorough and professional as well as very competitive against the other firms. His vision for the backyard was immediately very close to ours, but during the design phase he was willing to listen to and incorporate our thoughts and ideas as best he could.
