Since they identified the couple shingles that needed replacing.....and then replaced them, I will only know the excellence of the service as long as there is no leaking problem. I really appreciated that i- while on the roof - he reblew the gutter at the spot where a crape myrtle drops much debris. The had cleaned the gutters for me several weeks ago and this spot was again a problem.

Had an appointment to have a roofing inspection and gutters cleaned. Received a text tech was on his way two hours before the scheduled appointment. He never showed up. When I called the office to inquire if the tech was coming to do the work, she stated her records indicated the work had been completed. She rudely stated she would check with the tech and call me back. She never called back. After investigating, I found the tech had cleaned my neighbor's gutters and charged me for the service. I spoke with the president, Mr Johnson who offered no explanation and no apology. I advise

Excellent experience dealing with PI Roofing from the initial appointment with Chris, the follow-up communication with Bill, and the installation by James and his crew for a roof replacement. My new roof looks amazing! My yard and driveway were spotless after installation. Of the four contractors I initially contacted, only Chris (PI Roofing) inspected my roof and provided pictures to me prior to giving me a quote. Chris was very knowledgeable. I would definitely choose PI Roofing again! Thank you!

Items found by home inspector but not by PI (or ignored).After three inspections and maintenance I had to pay out of pocket to have corrected by other contractor so I could close on the house. We are very disappointed in them as we try to give Christian businesses work. Apparently the almighty dollar is more important than customer satisfaction. Items included trash in gutter and broken shingle, as well as problems with flashing . PI disavowed saying it was "nonsense stuff", even though the roof was still under "warranty". Will not use for any future needs.
