Labor Day weekend the 2nd floor A/C quit at the cottage I was staying at. The owners who are family asked me to call Eastern which I did. I left a message and my call was returned within 10 minutes. Dan, who was on call that weekend, arrived within an hour. He was very nice and informative. He knew right away what the problem was and had it fixed within 15 minutes as well as another minor problem with one of the ceiling vents. The owners and I were very pleased with Dan and his service.

After being stood-up twice and being very rude to my wife on the phone when we called to find out why no one showed up, I giving them one-star only because you cannot post reviews without rating. I realize everyone is busy after Hurricane Florence, but that's no excuse for extremely poor customer service.
