Have had a job under contract since Sep 2021, was told it would be completed by Mid-Late October...Now mid Dec 2021 with little to no end in sight. Contractor ask for ~1/3 upfront and has only spent a few hours preparing the site for final pour. Was told in October that it would be completed the first week in November. First week passed with no contact from contractor. Called was then told the week of Thanksgiving, no show again. Used my cell instead of spouses to call to get answer then told it would be the week after thanksgiving. Four guys showed up and worked for about 2 hours digging by hand

Company is not reputable. The owner Randy Kangas is a fast talker with promises that's are never followed through. Company has been reported apparently to BBB and has been sited for work on someone's job.

Do not hire for you'll be disappointed and money taken from your wallet.

I should have been tipped off right then that this business relationship was going south but I like to give humans the benefit of the doubt... I'm shopping around so what the heck. we planned to meet early the following
