The Sage Group was established in 1987 as a Planning/Landscape Architecture firm. The firm developed a successful resume in the design participation on many prominent and successful projects. In 2002, the firm expanded its design endeavors to include an architectural practice.
Since that time, the Sage Group has worked to establish a vision of ensuring that all its projects reflect design sensitivity to site development and architectural execution.The Sage Group has had the opportunity to work with many of the premier development groups in the United States, and in Texas.Several projects have garnered design awards, and many have been featured in publications. The firm has distinguished itself in the planning and design for a wide variety of project types.
Projects include significant participation with high density and multi-family housing projects, corporate headquarters, sports and athletic facilities, subdivision and amenity planning, residential design, institutional development and financial feasibility studies.

Services
As founder of the Sage Group in 1987, Mr. Dove has been an integral part in the vision and development of the Sage Group. Mr. Dove's previous experience also includes extensive work as an architectural designer and comprehensive planner, as well as a practicing landscape architect. From 1982-1986, he served as a principal of Brendler-Dove Associates in San Antonio.
Sage Group proposed a progressive / urban architectural style to our Tacara at Westover Hills project. Conceptually, it was something new for us. Sage helped us execute and realize a progressive style project in a suburban environment. It has been a distinctive project - one that has been ecstatically received by our team, as well as the residents of the community.
