Well, not sure what to say except Ted is totally unresponsive and does not stand by his work. I’ve emailed, texted, and called about fixing the veneer on one of his built-ins, and I’ve been strung along for 4 months. They haven’t even come to look at it.
This isn’t a maintenance issue on our end. It reflects the build. If the quality isn’t there, at least the support should be.
Definitely avoid ATS.
