M Klein Construction LLC provides a high level of painting and finish carpentry services to southeast New Mexico. From custom cabinets to hardwood floors, our carpentry services can build and install any aspect involved in residential construction. M Klein Construction LLC's goal is to provide the customer with a high end service of quality and craftsmanship at a reasonable price.
From post painting, the finish carpenters start making the home transitions with baseboard, doors, closet shelving, and cabinetry. We have a very seasoned team of craftsman and do a rigorous in house training with our finish carpenters. The reason our finish carpentry skills exceed anyone in the area is our attention to detail and training program is like no other.
Specializing in finish carpentry, mouldings and trim are right up our alley. Did you know trim is typically the most neglected and abused accent in your home? It is also commonly overlooked as "simple" an "easy to do". When done right, and properly, the right profile and installation of trim can make a dramatic improvement to your space.
Wainscot or wainscoting simply refers to some type of wall paneling that is used on the interior of a space and covers the lower portion of the wall. It provides the perfect mix of function and style by adorning the lower half of walls while also protecting the wall from scuffs and smudges. While it has a protective function of adding a layer over the wall material and paint, wainscoting's main purpose is decorative.
Drywall, mud, & texture, is a very traditional and common wall covering. There's even wall paper, venetian plaster, and more options. Our preferred, and biased opinion, is using wood coverings on walls. Whether it is wainscot, shiplap, board & batten, or making accent walls, we love the carpentry and aesthetics of it all.
