I would not use this company. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to wait it out (and hope and pray they actually deliver and install and do a good job). I went to the Oleander Drive store on Saturday, November 14, ready to purchase carpet for stairs in my home. I told the representative I spoke to that I already had someone who could do the installation, but if they install and can get it done quickly I would just go ahead and use them. The representative at the store told me the carpet I want is in stock and I could have that carpet installed within two weeks. I had to sign a proposal and

My husband and I went to Crystal Carpet & Flooring to look at carpet. Diana, Sales Rep met with us to make recommendations. She seemed knowledgeable, claiming she had 20+ years experience. We checked out a couple of samples on Sunday to take home. On Monday my husband left a message to have someone come to our home to measure after leaving three separate messages (Monday-Wednesday) with no return call, trying to give them business! Chad and his team did an exceptional job for us in our Carolina Beach home. From estimate to install the work was done with the kind of professionalism that you would expect in buying from a retail establishment. The installers were on time, friendly and did a nice job of cleaning up. We could tell that Chad is the kind of owner that takes pride in his work and always takes full responsibility.
