A prespray of CitruSolution is done over the entire carpet. It's not necessary to move your furniture; just move small items like chairs or ottomans to clear the path. We then use our rotary machine with a dirtnapper system. This proprietary technology cleans the carpet fiber and wicks up debris from deep down in the carpet.

Once again these folks did a fabulous job. Thorough cleaning, reasonable and accurate pricing. On time. They did my whole house yesterday and my carpet is very old but still in good condition. My carpet is beautiful and clean. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Citrusolution. I also would like to mention that I love the fact that the carpets are not drenched and dry very quickly.

Amazing! I'm really impressed with how clean the carpets were after Citrusolution was done. What impressed me the most is how much better my allergies are after having the carpets cleaned. Best carpet cleaning solution in town with local owners that are highly responsive and customer-friendly. We've tried all the usual cleaners for carpets and the results varied from "meh" to "we paid for this?", but none of them compare to CitruSolution. They get tough kid/pet stains out without leaving the carpet crunchy, overly wet, or chemical feeling. We get our carpets cleaned by them every 6 months and couldn't be happier with the results!

Incredible service from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was easy, the cost was beyond reasonable and very competitive. Even being very sensitive to smells, and even while actively cleaning the smell is pleasant and not at all overbearing. Dried so quickly, and looks so great. Will definitely be repeat customers and be recommending them to all our area friends!
