I had Jack Frost Construction come and fix a few small repairs such as a dryer vent shortly after buying my house, the guys were friendly and knowledgeable and all around good guys! However, I have had some other larger projects I requested an estimate for and never got a call back for them to even come out and do the estimate. I was told they were 3 weeks out on Construction which was fine with me because I knew my parts would need ordered anyways. Nobody ever called or showed up. This has been an on going issue since March and still in August haven't heard back. I've talked with the receptionist
