David takes great pride in his work, and won't stop until the job is done--and done right! David is currently working towards his Bachelor's degree at Prairie View A&M in Business Information Systems.
He thoroughly enjoys working with his hands, taking an idea, and transforming it into reality! Whether it is a small job or an entire house. Michelle Brecker serves as Managing Owner of Brecker Realty Development. She is a proud Texas A&M University graduate with an Agricultural Leadership Development degree, as well as a Masters in Public Administration from Ashford University.

Brecker Realty Development was fabulous in their organization, their timely manner in which they set up and started my job. The clean-up and timely manner they completed the job was remarkable. It started to rain and they kept working because they were almost done. Any or most other companies would have gone home and finished another day.

Terrible experience!!! Worst communication I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Caused our closing to be delayed. Everyone should avoid at all costs! We assumed she was good, because she was a chase preferred realtor, but she was terrible. Angering all parties involved, and almost caused the seller to pull the deal on the already extended deadline. She disappeared mid deal for about 9 days without communication. No gift basket too. Worst realtor experience possible. Please do yourself a favor and find another realtor. AVOID THIS WOMAN!!!!

Brecker realty development will scam you out of your money. My parents house flooded in Harvey and we were in need of a contractor to rebuild. David Brecker required a 20% down payment which my parents paid up. Intially things went well, but he stopped showing up on time (or at all), refused to show cabinet features to my parents, and wanted to use pre fab countertops. Additionally he breached the contract by subsequently refusing to paint the whole wall ( he only wanted to paint the bottom half) . My parents were living outside of their house due to safety issues, so having the house completed
