We discovered a leak and Master Roof’s representative came out very quickly to inspect and tell us that it was our boot pipe/gasket, then did a repair a few days later. Great communication, customer service, quick turnaround time, honest feedback, and everything looks great! I recommend them!

Master Roof Inc removed and replaced both the sheathing and the shingles on my roof. Of the three contractors I quoted they had the best price and at first I was concerned about going with them because of this. As I dug into the details not only did Master Roof have the best price they offered the best warranty (Gold Pledge through GAF) and they included all the little things I was looking for in their price while others wanted more money for them. For example, their price included putting new lead around the Chimney while others had adders for that. i also wanted to go up from 1/2" to 5/8" plywood

Master Roof replaced our roofs on 6/19/2020 and also our skylights. In doing the estimate and initial roof inspection, they noticed important detail that others did not. In our case, not every part of our roof needed to replaced because of house expansion done recently. We knew that, but Master Roof properly distinguished a small part of the roof, somewhat hidden in the back that was an original piece of roof that really did need to be replaced . No one else noted that nor did anyone else point out the importance of replacing the skylights because they had been in place when the roof had been replaced

I had two windows that with improper siding installation by a previous contractor that would leak when there was driving rain. I tried calling a bunch of places to try to get this fixed and most wouldn't even return the call. Wilson at Master Roof promptly returned my call and came by on a Saturday to inspect the problem. He took detailed pictures and proposed a solution to fix the siding around the window. His siding guy promptly showed up a few days later at 8am and worked tirelessly to fix the issue. Master Roof was great. Very professional. Figured out what was causing my roof to leak (another company tried to fix it twice - unsuccessfully). Wilson and his crew determined the problem, gave me an estimate and fixed it for a reasonable cost.
