We could not be happier with the service we received from Suncore Outdoor. They were timely, efficient, and very patient with us in getting the perfect pool designed for us. Not only did they come to do a quote quickly, but they started the job quickly and finished in the time frame that they had promised!!!! Highly recommend!

I have built a pool with another company and the experience was terrible.
Suncor Outdoors built my pool and did a fabulous job. John was very patient and his design team came up with the perfect design for my yard. They also put in landscaping and a sprinkler system for me. I would use Suncor Outdoors again in a heartbeat.

I thought hiring Suncor was a great idea. John was great when he first came out to look at my situation. He was even recommended by one of my other business contacts. He said that this was no big deal, he could fix it all and have things back up and running in no time. He was going to list out the projects and get me a quote. The next day a guy came out a busted up my tile to look at the sump pump (John said he needed to know that to calculate the bid accurately.) The sump pump was fine and the worker said he would tell John. Two weeks later....No quotes to finish the job, but I did get a

Not only are they expensive but I couldn't stomach paying them all that money to have to deal with such a unbelievably rude office staff...IF YOU USE SUNCOR AND IF YOU GET ASSIGNED TO AMANDA...
I've seen a lot of unprofessionalism in my day and that girl takes the cake. She must be married or related to the owner in some way. Otherwise no reputable business would put up with her attitude. Especially if they lose customers over it.
I should have listened to my neighbors on Nextdoor. My fault for that but if anyone asks I'll have to tell them the same things

The owner came out to estimate the pool. He was onsite most everyday to make sure the pool was being done correctly and was on schedule. He even came back afterwards and helped me twice to show me how to run the pumps for play and set the cleaning cycle. Pool turned out better than I expected. He even comes back to show off the pool to other customers before they build theirs.

I personally knew of this business through other business affiliations so I was very comfortable hiring Suncor to do a stamped concrete patio. I thought John knowing who I was would be a benefit. A real smooth talker making it seem like it would be a worry free project but then very poor communication, little to none. After the bid was given, pricing & size discussed & decision made more than a week went by then suddenly a text saying they would be there that day to do the demolition. Then I got a call from John saying that there was a "miscalculation" and he would have to

Asked them to perform lawn maintenance on 6/26/2013. They showed up when they said they would. They did a decent mowing job on a lawn that was taller-than-normal because our other lawn service disappeared. However, they are not flexible on scheduling and won't do bi-weekly. They only do weekly service and we could not justify the expense of $40 per cut for a fairly small yard. They charge more than anyone else we're found so far.
