They did come the same day so I will give credit for that. They were here for an hour and charged us for a total of 2.5 hours. We had our sewer augured and had everything (holes opened ) ready to auger. They decided to send 2 guys which was $180/hour but should have been charged $90/hour. Come to find out they charged us from the minute they load up their equipment to the minute they are back to their business and unloaded. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. This is so wrong and nobody informed us of the charge from the shop back to their shop. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Had them come out to do some plumbing work in our laundry room. Re-routed gas line, new fixtures, couple of new pipes, and a new drain. Called on a Friday, there were over on Monday, work completed Tuesday. Haven't received the bill but they are known for fair pricing. All work completed as requested. Would recommend.

Grazio( the new owner) came out immediately on a cold sunday to repair a burst pipe,he had many calls that day ,however he came in a timely fashion and fixed the problem.at a VERY reasonable price. Love them!!!!We just had 2 new toilets installed,our serviceman was kind and professional.Great service,and a pleasure to do biz with!
