I had a great experience with Tell Projects and Zach was a great project manager. Everything was completed professionally.
My project was completed November 2020 and what I appreciate most about a remodeling company is follow up care when needed with their warranty. I was very nervous about the idea of remodeling my home. I am so glad that the good people of tell projects walked ne through the process making sure all of y wants and needs were met and they made the vision for my home, into a reality.
The process that i thought would be long and complicated turned out to be much more pleasant than I expected. Everything was done professionally and there was nothing they couldn't do for me.
I consider myself to be very demanding when it comes to knowing what I want done, and how, but they had no problem delivering.

I would like to thank Tell Projects Remodeling and especially Zach and team for the amazing work they have provided remodeling my bathroom. My house needs a complete renovation and I decided to start with the bathroom. I met with Zach and after we went over the details of what needed to be done. SCAMMERS. Do not trust this company. I called for an estimate to fix broken pipes after the storm. Upon arrival the men initially found 2 broken pipes. I asked for a price and said I would let them know about moving forward. Zach told me that I had to pay them to complete the job since they took the time to come out. This was surprising as most companies will provide an estimate and allow you to make the decision as to whether you will move forward. After I agreed to have the two pipes fixed. 45 minutes Zach called told they me found 3 more leaking pipes. I already felt off about the situation

This is not a review on the quality of work that Tell Projects does. This review only deals with their pricing. I wanted an outdoor fireplace made. Had a couple of masonry people do a bid on what I wanted. Tell Projects came in waaaaaaaay overpriced. I already had cost of materials known. It was in the $2K - $3K range for materials. The total estimate from Tell Projects was approximately $18K for a 7-day job. Their price was approximately $10K more than a reasonable estimate from another masonry whose work I have seen before. So, should you use them? GET other bids from other contractors

These guys did an amazing job. The service was over the top they guided me through the selection process and installation of the flooring throughout my house and the kitchen and bathroom remodel.
I can't say enough about the quality of their work I would definitely recommend for anybody remodeling their home. The quality of their service is second to none.

I feel so very blessed to have found tell projects, the office staff were very helpful and responsive and answered any questions that came to mind. I had my whole kitchen remodeled along with the bathroom and they finished everything right on time. The best part is, is that I can finally invite my friends & family over for dinner and feel satisfied with the condition of my home. We have a very small kitchen and we wanted to not only update the kitchen but figure out ways to make the space more efficient. After meeting with three different companies, Tell Projects was our top choice.
All the companies we met with didn't provide any fresh ideas for our kitchen and turned down all our suggestions but Tell's project manager gave us several kitchen storage and layout ideas. Unbelievable lack of customer service. I waited over 2 weeks asking for a simple estimate and now they tell me that it's still not complete. When I called 2 days after they came to look at everything they told me it would be 5-7 business days, which would have been helpful learning from Zack, their project manager who came. In my initial call I was told she had just gotten it and it would be ready the next day. Two weeks later it's still not complete and they couldn't give me a timeline as to when it was to be done, so I just told them to forget it because I'm sure they

I found Tell Projects on Yelp when looking for someone to redo my kitchen backsplash. Ellie was very nice on the phone and easy to work with from a scheduling standpoint. The team was prompt, quick and communicative during the bid process. Once I decided to start, they were easy to work with. Came in, got the job done in one day and cleaned up afterwards. This company's communication has a lot of problems and seems to enjoy arguing with customers about whether they responded to their emails. Also they give a low bid to lure you in at the beginning and then upcharge Through materials which you have to find urself. What a waste of time. This is not someone I would trust to work on my house.

Tell-Projects was wonderful. I worked closely with Zach, with office supervision and communication from Ellie. They helped us remodel our entire second floor living in just under 3 weeks, start to finish! We needed several repairs for our home. We also requested a few minor improvements as well as an assembly project. The individuals at Tell Projects were all extremely professional and did an amazing job. I was very impressed with the speed in which they completed the repairs. I also appreciated their punctuality.
