Cecil first joined Mullen's Heating in 1992. He spent several years servicing the Laramie community before opening our Casper branch in 1998. Cecil then went on to become an owner of Mullen's Heating in 2008. With more than 20 years in the HVAC industry, he has obtained his HVAC Master's license, Universal Refrigeration license, and Limited/Low Voltage license as well as his OSHA 30 Certification.
