In 1990, Mike Collard had a vision of a commerical painting company that delivered more than high quality painting and wall covering service. Originally from Ireland, Mike Collard reflects his Irish heritage in his honest, dependable, friendly, hard-working approach to his business. Depend Painting & Decorating was founded by Mike in 1990, the same year he relocated to Chicago from Grand Rapids and got married.
DEPEND Painting & Decorating is experienced in completing painting work for multi-unit buildings and the coordination between multiple points of contact that are common when completing a job for an apartment complex. We are also EPA Lead-Safe certified, which is required for work completed on apartment buildings built before 1978.
