Tim Forrey of Scripps Ranch restoration and remolding recently built a patio cover for us. It was an extensive patio cover with enclosed gable roof and pillars and corbels that match our house and lanai. We found him to be very reliable, conscientious, and trustworthy. He stuck with original price even when small construction challenges arose.

I will start this review with a positive since I did give it 1 star. I enjoyed Tim on personal level. He was responsive. However his attention to detail, quality of work, honesty and lack of professionalism deserve less than one star. I had him remodel a small bathroom for us. The work was extremely sloppy. We started the remodel in 2019 and it is still not completed. We have found chipped tile, chipped bathtub (brand new), tiles placed unevenly, cracked grout, uneven baseboards, sloppy paint job, faucet and brand new shower head already not working, fan vent installed improperly...the list really

I just had my master bath remodeled by Tim Forrey of SR Restoration and Remodel and I couldn’t be happier. I had interviewed two other contractors (one at a very low bid), and yet when I met Tim, I felt comfortable and confident that he would do a good job. The remodel of my 1972 bathroom, which included removing a wall, was completed ahead of time in less than 4 weeks and it is BEAUTIFUL. Tim was at the house multiple times a day making sure the work was done perfectly and he responded to every call/text that we made. The result far exceeded our expectations. After searching for months to find a contractor who would keep commitments to come and actually bid on my job, it was refreshing to have Tim call and confirm nd then show up within 5 minutes of the time. He was willing to take limited jo b of remodeling two showers. Other companies wanted to gut the whole bathrooms. All of his sub contractors were… highly skilled and careful about not damaging the rest of the the bathroom and being neat. The tile work was outstanding. I am delighted with the results . I would recommend them for projects big and small.

I did not actually have work performed by Tim Forrey, however please consider my experience with Tim, if you are looking for a licensed General Contractor.
I contacted Tim forrey of Scripps Ranch Restoration and Remodeling seeking bids to complete a job abandoned by a prior contractor. Tim felt knowledgeable and professional in his response by phone and was sympathetic to the situation. However, even knowing the situation he pressured me to agree to him as the new contractor prior to me even receiving his bid! He stated that if I was going to go thru the process of getting 2-3 bids that he couldn
