Eric is AWESOME!! I had an issue with a leak so HE came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. I asked him if I could watch so that I would know what to do if I encountered this in the future and he explained and showed me everything that he was doing. After this, I wouldn't use any plumber other than him. THANK YOU!

Unprofessional and unreliable. My condo unit was leaking water to the unit below, I contacted this company to schedule a diagnosis. I was scheduled for a time window 12 pm to 3 pm but the plumber didn't show up. I called him and told him that the other unit owner, condo association manager and I were waiting for him at the property, he said he had to postpone to 4-5 pm. And we waited for him for another two hours till 6 pm and he never showed up, nor did he reply our message or calls. Avoid this company if you want to work with a reliable plumber.

It's sad that when you contact a company, you expect communication and professionalism. I hired them, 2 months later, I decided to move on with someone else. Initially they showed up fast with a leak, but when it came to get the information to my insurance company and calling up to set up a time frame as to when the job will get done, no. If you claim that something is easy, it should no take you 3 weeks to get it done. Seems like once a company goes big, they forget about the little guy.

Excellent experience! Eric responded to my inquiry immediately, and was available the same day, even for my minor non-emergent job (hooking up a grill to a natural gas line). He and his associate were timely, nice (didn't mind answering lots of questions!), performed the work efficiently and well and even helped us get the cover back on the grill. We will definitely be contacting Eric and team again when we need a plumber or any of the other services they provide!

Called Eric's company for a (very unplanned) gas-oven installation, and to say that the service was exemplary would be a real understatement: he replied literally as I was leaving a message for him, fit me into a very busy schedule the same day, and not only followed up on the installation but came by personally to inspect the work after it was done and make sure everything was functioning properly and safely. Quality Deluxe was the plumber assigned through Choice Home Warranty to fix a toilet leaking to the basement.
The Quality Deluxe technician cut the bolts to remove the toilet and diagnose the issue without first going to the basement and assess the condition of the pipe from there.
The flange was corroded and as such it needed to be replaced, something that Choice Home Warranty denied to cover. That also meant that the toilet could not be put back in place and was left disconnected. The technician warned that it needs to be fixed ASAP, especially since sewer gases may travel into the home.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. We called the contractor because we had no hot water (only cold one). No problem, they said — we’ll come and diagnose the issue for $360. They come and say that it’s a 3-way valve that needs to be replaced for $850. It felt a bit expensive, so we ended up asking for a second opinion. The other contractor basically looked at it, said that the gas was turned off and needed to be re-turned on, and the issue was fixed within 60 seconds.
As such, Quality Deluxe:
a. Misled us about the need for an expensive and unnecessary repair

Amazing! No regrets! Eric was attentive and responsive at all hours of the day. Easy to talk to about ongoing issues and budget; it was like talking to family. I have had Eric and Co. in for three jobs now, and every time, they have done an outstanding job. The first one was a gas oven install that was fast and efficient. The second was an emergency replacement of a leaking water heater where they worked their schedule around to fit us in within a couple hours. The third was some leaky pipe repair that required a few experience-learned tricks. 5 out of 5 stars, will definitely hire them again.

I thought I needed a pipe fixed but I actually needed the pipes under my kitchen sink replaced, the drain snaked, the turn off valves replaced and a new faucet. I have a very old house with very old plumbing. I tried my usual plumber-no answer for 2 day. So I went to yelp. Several plumbers are not working due to the coronavirus but Eric was working. He came the same day I called. Did a great job fixing my sink. He cleaned up after he was done and didn't charge a fortune. I will definitely be using him again.

Eric and Dareon came to my house on Sunday evening to fix the leaking issues on the ceiling of my basement bathroom. They were responsive, communicative, professional, courteous and were able to fix the problem in two hours. They also refer someone and set up appointment for me to patch/repair the ceiling panel the next day. I find them resourceful, and reliable. I will recommend this company to other people.
