I walked into your office today because I wanted a competitive kitchen remodel quote. I asked your representative if you remodeled kitchens and he said "no". I walked out and turned back around, to ask what type of remodeling you do because I have other projects. He responded; "do you own a house?" I had to pause and wonder if this was a test of my personality.
What kind of question is that? I was in business attire, but even if I wasn't, what kind of question is that for you to ask a potential customer?

We used Sun Coast Remodelers for our patio cover. We had very specific ideas of how we wanted the cover to look and they made it happen. The patio cover is visually appealing and the installation was completed within a day. The company was also very accommodating regarding our various requests. Overall a great experience.

They won't give me a quote unless my husband is home even though I am the current breadwinner, the sole person on the title, and make all the decisions about the home while my husband works 60-80 hours a week. What is this, the 1950s?!! Maybe your company should read the reviews an adjust your outdated policies.

While it is difficult to rate I have to give my two cents. The sales person was very kind, although pushy. I didn't appreciate that after saying multiple times that I would not provide my husbands name the conversation continued back to it again and again. If you want to waste my time, I don't want to give you my business. If arguing is how the job will go then NO thanks. They checked public records and today texted me saying they would see us, included my husbands name at appointment. Not okay! Oh, and they don't answer their phone or return a phone message. Really? There are people out there

Got a cold call about exterior home painting with the standard "we're going to be working in your neighborhood tomorrow" speech. I actually have some stucco patchwork I need to get taken care of so decided to give these guys a chance. I was offered a 2pm appointment time the next day and took it. She was adamant that my wife be available at the same time (not sure why that matters, but whatever). I was told to expect a call from Ramon for more details. Got a call a couple hours later from Sun Coast confirming my 2pm appointment and again wanting to verify my wife would be present

I contracted with Sun Coast Remodelers to repaint our home in Scripps Ranch. It is a difficult 2 story but Oscar and crew did a wonderful job repairing some wood rot and sanding a lot of peeling paint.
It is painted in Cool Wall and we wanted the same coating because it lasts for years. Our trim is dark green and it takes a beating from the sun.
They custom matched our existing trim color and all wood and stucco surfaces were painted to perfection.

They replaced some of the original windows of our house. During the sales process, the salesman detailed the differences between original and the new ones which allowed to make good decisions (replace block of windows in an area rather than one at a time). The windows are high quality ones with smooth opening, sound and sunlight barriers, and esthetic pleasing. The employees who installed them were very discreet moving through our home, very competent, and the end result is outstanding. Everyone was very professional and they did a great job. They came back and did touch ups to the exterior paint, the next day after our walk through. They were able to match our door and shutters to our new garage doors that were being installed.

Sun Coast was a perfect choice to re-roof our home! Their crew managed by Edgar, and on site by Marco, arrived on schedule every day, fully staffed and completed the job in three days. In that time, they stripped off the old shingles, replaced bad roof sheeting, facia and rafter tails.

We are very pleased with the work done by Suncoast. I love coming home every day and seeing our beautiful house. The workers were responsive to all the issues we brought to them.
The reason we didn’t give them a 5 star review is because of their fine detail. There was paint on some of the windows. There was also messy tape work along the bottom of the house. When brought to their attention nothing was done about it. I guess once they get paid they’re done.
Once again, I love the job they did but I’m not completely satisfied!

Recently completed my second project with Sun Coast Remodelers (previously got Coolwall) which was a lift and lay on my tile roof right before the rains. The workmen were courteous and polite, and work was done quickly and the price was very reasonable! I definitely will use them again! Great company!

Have just had a pergola installed today. Couldn't be happier. Bill and Steve were pleasant, professional and quite competent. Looks beautiful. Luis was our sales person. He was straightforward, and very helpful .our turnaround time from consultation to installation was 1 month including the holidays and COVID. I will put them on speed dial when we need other projects completed.

The first meeting we had with Suncoast was with Jim on July 15. We were pleased with the presentation and signed up on the same day. The work was done professionally and the patio cover is beautiful. The reason I'm only rating them 4-star is because the work was not finished until Sep 4 - almost 7 weeks later when we were quoted 2-3 weeks to get our patio cover. I had to contact Suncoast several times to find out the status - they should have been updating me instead. I know COVID has messed up the supply chain but it's still not an excuse to not communicate with the customer.

Sun Coast replaced our 16 ft wide slider panels to our deck, a rectangular window, and a round window. They did a "new installation" which requied extensive and precise carpentry to blend with our existing exterior cedar siding. They did an excellent job which fully met all our expectations, as promised. We were very impressed with the quality of the window & slider options, warranty and communications. They did a good job ensuringaall joints were thoroughly sealed against the weather.

This company solicts door to door. If you give them your number they will continually contact you. I agreed to an exterior paint for which i foolishly overpaid. In the process my deck was damaged for which i thought their insurance should pay. They obtained an estimate but told me i was responsible. I said if i was responsible why did they get the estimate. They did not repair my deck but tried to solicit other business when i told the story they denied it was their company that did the job and i have never heard from them again. I would give them one star but the subcontactor they used did

I've had the same experience as quite a few other reviews on here and on Yelp. Got a solicitation call on New Years Day when I'm registered on a do not call list asking about my roof and if I would let them provide me with a bid for roof work. First off, give your employees a day off for New Years!!
Secondly, no need to lie and say you're working on my neighbors house when our neighborhood is pretty close and know it's a lame story. I work in a similar industry, replaced my roof, and know how this type of business operates.

A few months ago, a solicitor walking our neighborhood stopped me near my car about doing estimates. It's for work we need done so I gave them my number and they said they'd follow up with me about a time my husband and I will be home together. So the follow up call comes while I'm running errands. I almost didn't take the call but I did. This lady asks about a time and I tell her one but a guy who confirms it is on another call and will call me back to confirm. The project manager Pete Tsmbasis was a class act. He was very attentive to our needs. His project manager Edgar Corona treated us like we were the only clients VIP. yet They do that for everyone.
His crew Tony and workers did a wonderful new roof for us. And Lionel and Jullio who did the stucco on house again, great people and it looks wonderful.. top to bottom we have a a great house. I would recommend them to anyone. No pressure for me to sign a contact

Buyers Beware! Do not do business with this company. These people go door to door and pray on the elderly. I told them that this is a private community and solicitation is against the rule, but they still kept on coming. My mom is an 80-year-old woman and they keep calling her over and over again and she told them to stop but they still do. They keep harassing people which is a bad sign. They are very pushy and they won't leave you alone. I already reported them to the BBB and I hope in the future they do not harass other homeowners especially the elderly. Sun Coast Remodelers are

Two "salespeople" came to my house today. When the were told "they were on a private road add they were trespassing an needed to leave" they ignored me and continued down the road to bother the other residences.
When I caught up with him later as he was leaving, this was his response.
Laughing like he didn't care.

Sun Coast just completed some work at my home. They repainted the trim of my house and they installed 7 new windows on the front of the house. From the beginning I dealt with Jon M. He throughly explained all the details of the work and all the pricing involved.
First they had the painters come out. There were three guys and they were all very professional while working here. They were here for 4 1/2 days sanding down, replacing bad wood, priming, and painting my house trim. House looks so much better.
Today the window guys came and installed custom made Anlin Windows. Windows look awesome
