I worked for them. be careful. they steal and they get away with it. if you are starting work with them, walk away. they don't pay. I record them for me returning there cloths and work phone. they will make you think that the work is legit and that they will pay you but I will guarantee you there not going to pay you. don't work here and don't get your work done with them.

Constant excuses on getting a job done promises to show up and doesn't... won't even respond. didn't complete the work at my sisters house and refuses to refund. he couldn't finish the work by the deadline and refused to come on his day off to make it right so she had to higher another plumber to finish because it's for her business... I highly recommend you go to someone else

We had them come out to fix our pipe running out to the garden hose, which originally went fine. However, a year later, the pipe that they had previously repaired burst. We called them, left numerous messages, emails, and texts. No response. This is a shady business. They do not stand behind their shorty work.

In October 2020 I contracted with Tritan Plumbing to have work done in my home. The following is the statement of work from the Tritan Plumbing invoice I received. Task #AP-1016 Description Connect Icemaker Install New Copper Tee And Install IceMaker Ball ValveShut-Off. Includes up to 15-FT of Soft Copper or Steel Braided Supply Line. I thank your for your response - but the issue is the fact that I canceled the contract within the guidelines established by the Illinois Attorney General's office so I should receive a full refund of the deposit. I will stand by everything I stated in my review, as it was 100% true. The reply from Triton Plumbing was full of untruths. They stated they "won" the other $7500 of the almost $15000.00 charge, but being in our 70's, we just wanted to be done with this company and consider it an expensive lesson learned, so we dropped the credit card dispute. We just wanted to alert the next unsuspecting victim.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I REFERRED THEM to my neighbor....he needed a water heater in Schaumburg, and so did his daughter in Roselle. When my neighbor called, someone told him they didn't service our area. When I called Tritan to question this (as they had serviced me in Schaumburg years ago), the woman on the phone got nasty and said "what do want from me? We don't service your area anymore." Would definitely recommend Tritan Plumbing. After the village sent a notice that they had seen roots in our sewer service line during their yearly maintenance, we contacted Tritan to inspect, via camera, and jet the sewer pipe. Upon inspection, they noticed several critical issues in our line, and that the best course of action would be replacement of the old clay sewer pipe. I asked them to leave and called the office and they said I was crazy for saying such a thing!! Tritan Plumbing is unreliable and tried to get me to paymore than what they quoted. They tried to reschedule two times and then Jack the price from $1650.00 to $2200.00.
Sorry Tritan. Went on home advisor and got 2 quotes within the hour and for $125.00 cheaper than their quote.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. They were eager to come out to check out my plumbing situation, yet showed up 40 minutes late. The owner, Mickey and his sidekick were at my housefor less than 2 hours, and charged me $1,200 for JUST AN ESTIMATE. They snaked my pipes with a camera, misdiagnosed the problem, and quoted me $25,000. After we told them that we were going to shop around because that price seemed through the roof, they desperately returned saying they'd "only" charge $19,000 because I knew his wife. This company is a total ripoff they tried charging my fiancé $1139.00 to water jet a 5 foot long drain! I called Mickey and he explained he sent out a $600,000 truck and piece of equipment,this was his response as to why the bill was so high. His superintendent Damian would not give us an itemized bill,nor use a credit card to pay.

Terrible. I had the plumber show up to my primary residence instead of my rental property - which could be chalked up to a clerical error. The plumber than visited my rental property; called me and said that he had to auger the line and replace the toilet valve. The accent was VERY hard to understand but understood that the work was going to be completed. I was then given a price of $445.00. A bit disappointed with followup service of Tritan Plumbing. They originally installed a replacement outside faucet as part of an Angie's List promotion. This was done September 8, 2015. They did a nice neat install. The problem is a year and a half later (spring 2017) the faucet has a bad leak from the handle. This new faucet should have lasted more then a year and a half. I tried to tighten the front nut on the valve stem but no help. I contacted Mickey at Tritan early this summer and sent a video of the issue. I indicated to him that it wasn't their fault but a product issue. He responded

I purchased a 'deal' on Angie's List for them to come out and fix my tub faucet (it was dripping and the water was not getting hot enough). and my sink (P-trap was leaking in two places). Some young guy that spoke broken English came out - did NOT remove his shoes or put booties on - took my faucet apart and put is back on. Took the sink apart and told me I needed to replace the "nipple in the wall" for $200. I told him I wanted another quote so not to fix the wall pipe. Very disappointed in this company. They came out (they were late and I was their first appt) for a slow tub drain and told us they had to snake the line and it would be $240! They also said if they needed to do another line it would be another $240. I called another plumber and was told their charge would be $135 to snake a main line. I paid Tritan their $45 trip fee and asked them to leave. The other plumber was here in 45 minutes, found two clogs both at the very beginning of the pipes, fixed everything and charged me $65. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Plumber promptly came out to fix the clog/replace the pipe in the wall. Had an issue with the work days later and contacted the plumber about it.
