Edit:After sometime they have finally addressed the issues and we have come to see much better service. I am being fair and have increased my rating for them. I hope they continue to improve.
It is a horrible thing when you contact a company you are paying to do a job and no one responds. No response from emails or phone messages. They promised to stop by and no one ever does. They promised to correct the cleaning issue and it is still wrong. What happened to customer service.
