We currently grow approximately 80% of all our plant materials on our farm in Harbor Springs, MI. We stand behind the quality of the plant materials grown at Hoffman tree nursery.

We execute contracts for municipalities at City, State, and Federal Levels as well for private developers. We also engage in residential work of all sizes, providing free high quality design and consultation with most landscaping projects. Louis A. Hoffman Nursery is registered with the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association.

David Hoffman oversaw a pretty large project at our home on Walloon Lake Sept. 2021. The work is outstanding. A very professional staff and the crew was courteous and hard working (putting it mildly). In fact one of the crew said how proud he is working for almost 20 years for the family. He said "they treat their people right" and it shows. Thank you David and crew for a job well done. Highly recommend.
