We was very "Happy" with Total Pro Roofing LLC.
Contact; Finlay Hoffherr, he was very professional, went over and beyond his job. We had 2 other estimate, they didn't even suggest our Homeowners Insurance, All they wanted us to do was finance a new roof Finlay took more pictures of our roof sent to our Homeowners Insurance, we came out of pocket less than a $1,000.00

Absolutely the best experience. This company is top notch. I am so glad that they were my first and last call to get my roof inspected and a new roof put on. The storm did a number on my roof and they were able to come out and fully inspect my roof. Taylor Pinyon was my inspector and sales rep. through this whole process of a roof replacement. He was very transparent with the process and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend using Total Pro Roofing again.

I’m a Realtor and I’ve had a few homes with roofing issues noted from an inspection. I called Sam and he was out to inspect the roof ASAP! He makes notes, identifies the damage, contacts the adjuster, and schedules the evaluation. The turn around time is impressive- all because Sam stays on top of the work to ensure the task is done. He also gives his professional opinion regarding the damage, and if an insurance claim will be possible or not. He doesn’t waste your time. He works well with the insurance companies and follows up to make sure everyone is satisfied. I refer Sam out to everyone

Matt Covington was able to squeeze me in on such short notice and thoroughly went through the contract and process with me. They kept me informed all the way through. He kept in constant contact with me letting me know when materials were being delivered, what time the crew was arriving, who was in the crew and was available if I had any questions throughout the process.

Total Pro Roofing did a good job installing my roof, however while installing they pierced the suction line causing my unit to loose freon and damaging my compressor. After reaching out to them they explained to me it is not their fault and I need to contact the builders. My house was built in 2001, building codes changes every year. They refuse to take responsibility for their negligence, I cannot recommend a company like this to anyone. I got a new roof, but in return I'm out of an AC unit...they got paid while I'm left in the heat.

Questions about insurance, product, warranty and workmanship can be answered with clarity. They did a wonderful job on our roof! It was paid for by our insurance after some bad weather came through. They made all the insurance paperwork really easy and took the time to explain the process to us. I really like that we didn't have to pay any money up front and that they only took our payment once they had finished. My faith in roofers has been restored! I'm glad we went with this company and I would use them again.
