I have had severe issues with my storm drain due to tree roots that completely destroyed my system from my sump pump in my basement to the storm drain out to the street. I called Superior and Dean sent someone out the SAME DAY to give me a full assessment and the next day had the utilities flagging and marking for the work. They encompassed everything needed, my neighbors and I were so impressed by the way they put it all back together, to make it look perfect, from the lawn work to even leveling off my sidewalk that was so damaged by that Town tree roots. I called these guys on a Saturday because I had sewage backing up out of my basement drain. They came out first thing Sunday and used a scope to find that my sewer line was cracked and buckling in. The only real way to fix the issue is to replace the line. That same day the had the town/gas company marking the yard. First thing Monday there was a team working there digging and done by the afternoon. All of them were friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. They worked hard in the rain until the job was done. They did their best to minimize any damage to my yard and inside the house.

Dean and Tim did an excellent job repairing a sewer line that was installed wrong by another company. The crew was very professional and they explained what was wrong and how it they would repair it. When completed you couldn’t tell that they dug up and repaired the line, everything look the way it was before the repair. Would hire again.

They called me right away and had someone out within an hour for a free estimate. That was on a Monday and by Wednesday the job was done!! They put in a whole new sump pump system from basement, through house and out to street. They arrived promptly at 8am and was done by 1:00pm, same day. Polite, knowledgeable, extremely focused and very hard working!!!!! I of course was watching out the window and I could not believe the amazing work ethic (which seems to be harder to come by these days)!!! First impression of their job is very positive!! I called Superior Plumbing the day before New Year's Eve to request repair of a backed up sewer main. I had a crew on site within and hour to investigate the cause of the problem. Once the problem was identified the crew developed a work plan and scheduled the excavation and repair for the following day (New Year's Eve). The crew performed their task neatly, efficiently and within a budget fitting for the size of the job.
