Had Marshall's Plumbing install a Nuvo water system in our home during the winter. Nathan and his son were extremely professional and provided a quality product installation. The Nuvo System (recommended by Nathan) has meet all of our expectations and then some. Nathan also did a little impromptu boiler work for us while he was on site. Cost and pricing where what he said it was. Extremely happy with the work done.

Critical: Responsiveness
He came and installed a new pressure control valve. It began making a groaning noise when water turned on. I have tried a dozen times or more to reach them, but they don’t answer the phone nor return calls. Now I’m having to pay someone else to replace the defective part that was installed. Look elsewhere!!!

I am new to Steamboat so when I learned that a pressure tank for my boiler needed to be replaced I called several local plumbing businesses and left voice messages but only one business called me back, it was Nathan with Marshall's Plumbing & Heating. I am so glad he was the one who called me back because I received an excellent and prompt service and paid less than expected. I highly recommend this business!

Dear owner of Marshall's Plumbing while you find it funny only I can take vacation, I am in the agriculture business and take calls 24x7 because a farmer can't wait til I return from vacation to finish harvesting a multi-million dollar crop. I also never take vacation during planting crops, spraying crops or harvesting because My vacation is aligned with business needs. Perhaps if you continue this smug attitude you can be on a permanent vacation and buy a tent to live in and enjoy the outdoors more. I wasn't there on vacation, a renter was there which means they won't be back

This is a first rate company. I had a major issue with a pressure relief value on my hot water tank. Marshall was the only company to call me back within 2 hours. He was also kind to enough to explain the problem and suggest a solution I was able to take care of myself. He will get all of my business in the future.

I needed a new hot water heater installed fairly quickly. Marshalls got it scheduled in a couple of days. They helped me choose the right hot water heater for a small space and gave me a reasonable fixed price for the job. They showed up on time and installed the unit quickly. There was one small glitch, but they came back out within a few hours to correct the mistake, and everything has been great since.

I had an emergency plumbing issue with my water heater. It was Friday and I needed it replaced. Nathan, with Marshall's plumbing, fit me into his busy schedule and replaced my water heater late on a Friday afternoon. He knew my condo could not be without hot water so he figured out a way to help me! I am so grateful!!! The customer service was excellent! Thank you Nathan for doing a great job!

Called me back quickly on a weekend, helped troubleshoot over the phone, then promptly came out to fix when he'd determined the urgency of the situation. Even checked in with us an hour or so after he left to make sure things were still on track. Highly recommend and so thankful to have found someone we can rely on for the future.

Nathan came to our home the same day we called him and gave us a thorough proposal to replace our furnace. He was punctual, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. While we retained a different company for this specific project based on a recommendation from a neighbor who had an identical heater replaced, we hope to work with Nathan in the future.

Marshall's Plumbing and Heating is the best in the Yampa Valley! We did a major remodel of our condo - moving the hot water heater, taking out a bathroom, re-plumbing a second bathroom, a new kitchen and relocating gas lines for the fireplace and range. Nathan's work was fantastic. He also worked around our schedule which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him for all plumbing and heating work that you need.
