I have known Steve Romano for over 30 yrs and I have always been treated fairly and appreciated his vast knowledge of floorings including our last project together, no matter what type of flooring you are looking for definitely check in with Romano, also Lisa is very professional in showing and making suggestions in the selection of flooring products at their Plum Boro design show room.

The folks at Romano were great from start to finish. Enjoyed working with Lisa, Steve, Karl, and the guys on the install crew. Three floors of carpet installed and a small floor repair. All of the work was professional and prompt. Romano was recommended to us and I will definitely recommend them to others. Will definitely have them back to bid on some future projects.

I found the whole process of installing carpet in my home to be very well orchestrated. From setting up a home visit for an estimate and looking at samples to having the carpet installed, all communications were clear, people that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful and the whole process was very positive. I will definitely contact Romano Floors for any future needs I have in this area. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! Needed 3 rooms carpeted prior to moving into our new home. Lisa was always responsive and explained all of our different options and listened to what we wanted. Carl came and measured and was friendly, knowledgeable and accurate, and brought samples to review and choose from. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, doing a great job with the install. They were able to meet our timeframe for installation and delivered on all aspects of the job.

My initial call was to Lisa. She provided excellent customer service. She was very patient, polite, and she helped me to fully understand what their company was all about. Steve came to my house with a variety of carpet samples and provided detailed information on each sample. The installers (Felix and Fernandez) were very nice, quick, and did excellent work. Awesome experience. Estimator was prompt and thorough, samples were brought to the house and picked up, quotes were provided. After some basic Q&A with Lisa we placed our order. Product was delivered and work completed on schedule. Lucas (our installer) was very particular and knew the product and it's performance very well. Gave us some tips if it got wet underneath, etc. Lucas's install was perfect. Highly recommended, our 1970's laundry room looks like new construction... Thank you Romano team!

Very pleased with our floors and would highly recommend. We wish they offered more home services because everything was on point. The price was much more reasonable than other well known companies too. Timely, courteous and professional business, what more could you ask for! The border trim looks excellent as does the new LVP. We are very happy with our floors.
