We have been cleaning with commercial systems in Residences and Businesses in and around Southern Oregon since early 2001. We all love our four legged friends and when life has those accidents; Maxcare is there to help. I recently purchased a condo and due to circumstances needed the carpets done within a couple days. Even though Jason had a fully booked schedule he made sure to come by and assess the unit the same day I called him. He didn't have an appointment time but promised he would get it done within the next couple days. He called an hour later and said he could come back that evening to do. He did an amazing job and saved me from having to replace the carpet. The quality and price were excellent but the best part was his customer service. He made us feel like a priority and accommodated our time constraints

Jason was very kind and professional, he was willing to work within my budget and get our carpets clean again after puppy training. The products have a great, non chemical smell. We walked through the house before he began and had a price agreement before he started the job. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how the process was going to work. We will be calling him for any future needs.

We have a chair, sofa and couch we've never had cleaned and weren't sure if we should clean them or just replace them. The Max Care team came out and did an amazing job. We were thoroughly impressed. The next day we noticed on one piece there was a little stain left. They told us if we had any issues please call. They came right out and applied a cleaner. It didn't quite do the job so they came out again and made sure it was perfect. I would have never expected that, but we are absolutely going to use them and recommend them any chance we get. Really fantastic work

Jason with Maxcare is incredible. He’s been coming out to clean my carpets since early 2015. He always does an exceptional job & just recently, when my large bathtub flooded, I was quoted a ridiculous amount from another company in town.. Jason came out as soon as I called, pulled back the carpet, assessed the damage, brought in dryers & restapled the carpet back in for less than $200, my master bedroom was good as new!

Maxcare has cleaned my carpets for 2 years now. I have had other companies come in and clean my carpets and none have been as professional and caring as Maxcare. I had many pet stains on my carpet that Jason took the time to treat and spot clean. He also told me how to spot clean my pet stains in a way that is safe to my animals and my carpet. I highly recommend Maxcare to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
