Too many orders for cars - no staff to punch them into the Ford order system. I had to go to Tomball Ford to actually order a car . . . Seriously- not joking. MacHaik has so much business- they cannot sell you a car! Place is badly understaffed.

Had a recall on my 2017 Ford Explorer, the roof rail covers can come loose and I experienced that when we had that windstorm. I heard a noise and when I look, one of the rail covers had come loose at one end. I put the cover back in place and when I got home, I put hot glue on it.
I went to the dealership to get the fix and was told I would have to leave my car for 2 days, (they do not offer loaner cars) and that they were going to put screws to attach the cover which I don't think is appropriate when so many good, strong adhesives are available. My car is a 2016 Lexus IS 350. This car has been wrecked before and has after market parts which makes it very difficult to fix. My head light is going to cost $1500 to replace. This is ridiculous. I hate I ever went to this stupid place in DESOTO. Thieves. I hope every one who was involved in the sale of my car end up with problems with their prostate. YES I SAID IT!!!! IM PISSED!!!

I purchased a custom ordered 2022 F-250 last week from Mac Haik Ford in Houston. They have been advertising "Priority Invoice Pricing" since early this summer. I was very skeptical because the two Ford dealerships nearest me have been asking much more than MSRP with one adding $19,995 of "dealer accessories" to MSRP. Mac Haik lived up to their word, I received "Invoice Pricing" which was almost 5% below MSRP. They didn't pressure me to get "after market" accessories as most dealerships do. Told us a truck would be there & waited hours before they told us it wasn't going to come back due to employee running manager errands. Sale people inside were not helpful, just trying to pass us onto the next person, even with appraisals.

I bought an extended warranty through Autonation Ford in Webster, TX for my 2018 Ford F-150. Truck broke down in Katy, TX and was towed to Mac Haik Ford in Katy, TX. I was told no rental cars were available (despite my extended warranty promising rental car coverage when my vehicle breaks down). I had to get a ride from a friend an hour from home. I sent Mac Haik Ford in Katy, TX my extended warranty information the day they called with the diagnosis. A week later I left messages and called five to six times to try and get an update. I had appointments,took truck in at set time. Checked on vehicle 3 day later ,had not started to repair truck yet. Was told it would be ready in 3 more days. Picked up truck and truck was not repaired per issue it was taken in for. The service advisor said it was already road tested,repair was done and I could pick up my truck. Negative! More to follow on this issue.

My family has purchased many F-150's from their dealer. All of them with continuous and various issues from front end, four wheel drive, transmission, dashboard screens and also an F250 that burned to the ground because it was never recalled.
Was told my 4x4 grinds because it can't be driven on hard ground aka snow...
Was told a sunroof water leak is not under warranty bc the truck was lifted...

The list goes on, moral of the story. Don't buy a truck from here. Feel free to contact me to chat about it.

BEWARE of SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!! I would give this place zero stars! Service Center is horrible!! Took my truck in February and it came our in March with a new problem. Returned it in April and it is still in the shop as of June. Paul Scanlin the service manager will not return calls and the General Manager Tony Cirotto will not return emails. This is the worst service experience I have ever had!! Do not take your car here you will regret it!!

Purchased a new 2020 truck from this location by Sebastian! Hands down the best service and experience! **Pro advice** I do recommend getting your loan from your local credit union. Max haik does offer in-house financing but I got a super low rate from the credit union. Also the quick lube center at mac haik ford is affordable and quick for maintaining my new truck.

At the beginning of the year, I booked a service appointment for a scheduled maintenance service.
Upon arrival at the service lane, I reported to one of the service manager, who freshly turned me over to the quick lane, where oil changes are carried out.

This was my spouse's car, and we are fortunate to have a garage. My spouse noticed that something was dripping from under the car, but she thought it was normal, and she simply cleaned up each time.

Lots of red flags with this place. Found the used car I wanted online and called to check availability which it was. I used the same salesman that talked to me on the phone as my point person. They came back with an out the door price that was WAY bigger than I calculated. Finally, via text, we were able to work out a price that earned my time to come take a look at the vehicle.
