Had Bransom pull carpeting and refinish a bedroom hardwood floor about two weeks ago.
We have used them before and their work is high quality.
Their transition work from floor to doorways was okay.
What was not so good was their pricing scheme.
They quoted a fair price "baring any surprises", but left out any charges for transitions from floor to doorways. These transitions were NOT a surprise, especially since they came out to quote the job and they knew of them!
Bottom line, buyer beware of baiting with a low price and finding ways to upcharge at the end!
