As a practicing architectural firm we have successfully completed over 1,000 projects, most of which are in Hawaii. Many of the projects are renovations, and modest projects where cost and quality is of utmost concern. The scope of our work, however, varies from these modest projects to high end custom homes, some of which were sold for record breaking prices.
The work we do is often on very difficult sites, where original thinking and design innovation is required to complete the project. All of the buildings we design are functional, durable, exciting and cost conscious. In other words we practice "Good Architecture".

Services
We are always open to look at and consider new projects, but obviously we cannot undertake or complete all of the projects that we are contacted to do. First, we do all projects that our long term clients ask us to do. Next we accept projects that present a challenge from a standpoint of site conditions, function, structure or cost.
We route each project through all State and City and County agencies for Building Permit. To ensure the project is completed in accordance to the plans and pertinent codes. Includes the observation of construction, review and approval of Shop Drawings, & processing all requests for information(RFI).
