Chad M. Schneider, owner of LKN Roofing Inc., has been in the roofing/construction business for over two decades. In 1998, he started his own construction company, CMS Contracting, and subsequently, expanded into LKN Roofing Inc. Chad and his family live locally and he serves the Lake Norman area within a 30 mile radius.

Anyone who gets to know Chad finds out very quickly that he is an amazing guy. True blue, hard worker and very honorable in business. They did a great job on our roof and they have done some other work for us as well and it was always a 1st class experience when dealing with him.

Chad and his office team (Linda & Taylor) were extremely responsive and helpful. He made multiple, unpaid, visits to my home to facility an insurance claim. Upon the denial of the roof claim, he completed the repair in a timely manner. He and his crew were very helpful in discussing options and further action. I recommend LKN Roofing to anyone in the area.

From beginning to completion Chad, Linda and the entire installation crew were extremely professional and did a subperb job. Our entire home is surounded with flowers shrubs and trees and the team went to great length and effort beyond expectation to maintain the premises just as they found it. The job looks fantastic and at the end of the day we couldn't have been more satifisfied. Thank you all for a job well done!

Lake Norman Roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof. The were the only business that actually gave me a quote. Job was done as promised and on time. They were professional and cleaned up everything. Chad is knowledgeable about every aspect of roofing. His office staff are courteous and efficient. Best of all, the roof looks amazing.

LKN fixed damage to our roof from a tree and replaced the entire roof. They were very easy to work and were very helpful dealing with our insurance company. At the time of estimate I forgot to ask to include replacing the roof on our well cover house to match the new roof. They replaced the well cover without me asking. A good example of how they went above and beyond my expectations.
