I can't say enough amazing things about this company. I originally submitted an application to the City of Houston for a simple window repair prior to enlisting any assistance from AMB Architects.
I immediately ran into issues with a simple window repair permit that stretched from a one-stop review (7-14day) to over 3mos of continued rejections from the city with no discussions or understanding of what they needed.
I understand that Covid has made it particularly difficult for City of Houston staff, but I was hung up on by a city reviewer at the beginning for asking for clarification on

Absolutely horrible experience. Would give 0 stars if possible. Generally overpriced for what they do but besides that, have a completely unprofessional attitude and ethic. Held me to a contract they never even sent me, realized their mistake and threatened to hold the permit if the nonexistent contract was paid for in full. They are crooks- save your money and your sanity!
