Absolutely disgusting experience. We spoke to Shane yesterday on the phone and went in to see him. When I walked in, the manager with no name tag handed me off to another guy that was not Shane. I told him I was interested in a Camry but before that, I wanted an appraisal on my truck, as to not waste anybody's time. He replied in a very sarcastic and snarky tone, "Well we have a process." Back when I bought my car in 2018 everything was wonderful... flash forward to 12/2021 & they have lost all credibility in my eyes. I was advised my 2nd battery was covered under the warranty only to have my car towed to the dealership & be told it is not. "I had to come back" Two hour 35 minute oil change after I scheduled a appointment. I arrived at 10:14. Appointment time 10:15. Left at 12:51. They said I would be out in a hour or less. Last time I'll be here for any service. Had to come back after leaving, oil all over the bottom of my truck and no grease on the 4 drive shaft points. This place is a joke. Needs a new service manager. Manager agrees refund issues.

I am very dissatisfied with the service and sales team at Toyota and the way they have handled our unusual situation. I purchased a pre-owned Toyota here. They were super nice until the paperwork was finished. It's been 3 weeks & I still can't get anyone who works there to connect my android phone to the car. Went there yesterday with an appt at 11am. 3 pm they said it was finished. All they did was turn on my Bluetooth. Still nothing is working. I feel like I financed garbage. I had good experience with Toyota of Orlando years ago. I haven't purchased a car here... But I have gotten my Toyota serviced twice here, and the service I've received is top notch. I always make sure to go to Rick in the service department- I feel like he's legit and suggests the right services that I need for my car. He's very easy to work with, and he's constantly checking back with me with updates whenever my car is getting serviced. I recently bought a truck from another Toyota dealer and it was a great experience. I brought my sister to this dealer because, online, they showed that they a bigger used car selection in stock. I should have taken her to the dealership I went to and I regret bringing her here. So brought in our 2018 Highlander, which we bought from them brand new, fresh off the lot, but at 41k miles, engine lights came off. Said that it was losing compression in cylinder 1. Ended up staying with them for repair for about a week, valves and gaskets were replaced. Under warranty so didn't cost me anything. But still, it's unbelievable for a toyota to have engine problem at just 41k miles.
Now here's the best part. It was memorial weekend, we are going on long trip Monday, brought our car in Saturday and left it there as they are not done diagnosing

This location has been having staffing problems in the repair center. My last two visits have taken twice as long on repairs as they should have. The repair center can be overwhelmed at times by customers. Do yourself a favor and contact them on the day you are planning on having a repair. Ask them how long that repair will take before you waste your time . They do offer a ride service. You can go home if it is not too far or go to the Millenea Mall near by...
