Prompt service, courteous and professional! They came out, inspected, and replaced my old broken toilet within an hour. I would use them again for my plumbing needs. [UPDATE: About a month after installation, our toilet had become a bit loose.. MPT came out no questions asked and tightened up the base and fixed it at no charge. Fast and courteous. Wonderful customer service!!

Beat other plumbers quotes for a reasonable price for the job. Professionally handled and did the job the right way without cutting corners. It's been over a year since they came out and helped me install a new softener and replacesd old pipes around the tank. Still no issues with any of that. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Truly a one of a kind company. Fast prompt and all fixed in less then 40 minutes and it was a pipe with a nail in it from the previous owners when they remodeled the lower bathroom. The Tech took his time and found where the pipe would be and with only one cut (which I can reuse the dry wall😁) he found it. Which is insane due to the amount of pipes that go up from that wall. Super impressed. Highly would recommend! Will be using again.

While "knowledgeable" in the area of plumbing, owner was absolutely arrogant and demanding. Refused to answer my questions until I agreed to pay $225 for 5 minutes worth of work. He knew I was in a bind and bent me over. Im not trusting this company for anything else in the future.
On top of that, absolutely unprofessional criticism of the previous plumbers work, which made a mistake that HE profited big time off of.

Woke up to a completely drained hot water tank. It had cracked and been leaking. I called MPT and they were able to come out the same day and get a new one put in. Great customer service in talking with Heather on the phone. Mike and another plumber arrived right on time. They did the work perfectly and left the area clean. There pricing and rates were reasonable. I would highly recommend using MPT for your plumbing needs.

I called MPT because my water pressure was very low, so I figured something was wrong. When Mike and his assistant arrived, he told me I had a leak (a leak - singular, not plural). I handed him my phone with the video running so he could video the leak for me to see, which he did. As he gave me a quick overview of what he needed to do, he made it sound like it was a bigger job than it was by what he said and how he said it. We needed to hire a plumber to take care of a few things. We contacted MPT plumbing in Lake In The Hills. We needed to have a kitchen faucet removed and replaced with a new one. We also needed to have a gas shutoff valve in stalled on an existing gas pipe that had been capped off. MPT arrived the same day(about an hr and a half). Ian and Nick arrived. These guys are the best. Last year my basement flooded and they came to the rescue with about an hours notice on a weeknight. They replaced the sump pump, drained and cleaned up the water and even resolved another surprise issue with the well and gravel that kept jamming up the pump. The new sump pump works great.
Today they fixed some problems with my water heater. I assumed the water heater needed to be replaced, but they came out and pointed out it was a problem with some corroded leaking pipes leading to the water heater. They showed up early and got everything fixed and cleaned up.

Called MPT Plumbing to replace my 30 gallon water heater which was leaking (on the phone I had mentioned that I am looking to replace it ASAP). I was told that there is a service charge of $59 for the visit, which I agreed to pay. Mike showed up and he seemed to be in a hurry from the moment he walked in. Didn't answer any of my wife's questions properly. But most importantly, we were told that both the 30 and 40 gallon heaters are back ordered and would take a couple of weeks. This is something which could have been easily mentioned over the phone when I initially called. Total rip-off

Christmas Day party uncovered a leak underneath my mom's kitchen sink. We called around the next day and no other plumbing service picked up their phone. We tried MPT and, luckily, they had someone working the phones. By 10 AM the next morning, we had friendly Michael and Brad at our door. They were professional and courteous, and quick. On top of that - helpful with a few other pesky leaks and issues. Great service, great advice, reasonable rate, and even a solid referral for an issue with the stove. Based on previous Yelp reviews, I emailed MPT after hours on a Wednesday night and received a response within hours. Communication was great throughout the process! Mike was scheduled to come out Thursday morning for a quote for a leak that was occurring in my master bath on the 2nd floor which was leaking into my kitchen ceiling.
