Like other reviews stated their customer service is poor. Brought them in for a quote to remodel our pool and a week later got an email that they were going to pass on the project. They didn’t want to do the demo work. Strange that a “swimming pool service and repair” company is passing on repair projects… can’t say I’ll recommend this company to any of our clients if they can’t do the work others can do.

Original work not holding up on stacked stone wall. When I called back repeatedly I almost never get a call back or get sporadic emails. When I did get through they asked if I had a salt pool as if they wanted to blame the work on the fact that I have a salt pool. Its the same pool I had when they did the original work

I have been a customer for over 20 years . I recently sold our house and needed pool repair done before closing or a date when they could do the work. I had to call the office a number of times with little response.
We have always had great service but I will never use them again or refer them to anyone.
Very disappointing.

Consistent with the previous posting I agree with lack of customer service. Workmanship is always 5 star. Customer retention is poor. Communication is poor. Leaving customers hanging for a appointment time ties up consumer so they can’t source elsewhere.
My wife just got out of the hospital and pool therapy was recommended. I called last Thursday for appointment but despite 3 follow up calls text messages no help.
Been using this company for years. Loyalty means nothing these days

I will first start by disclosing that my complaints deal solely with the level of customer service...or lack thereof. I have no idea about their work quality as I couldn't even get that far.

Let me start by saying that we have had 3 pools. One in Massachusetts that we installed at our home, one in Georgia that was existing, and now one here in AZ. All have had their own unique issues and problems. We purchase our home here in AZ 3 years ago, knowing that the pool equipment was going to need a little love and quick. We started by replacing the waterfall pump because it started making a noise that sounded like driving on rims with sparks streaming after you. We didn't know anyone here in AZ where as in MA and GA we had friends of friends that at leas knew a guy that knew a guy. So I

Less than 7 days my pool was resurfaced. I had a few bids and they came in with the lowest cost! They actually use name brand product (Pebble Tec) where other company use generic brand (Mini Pebble). My sales person (point of contact) communicated with me daily, this way I knew the work schedule and if I needed to lock my dogs inside. Great job, Great Service, Highly Recommend!

This was a big job. The price was fair. The swimming pool technician, Bill did a fantastic job. After having to cut through a 4" cool deck, jack hammer out the old part and replace it, remove in ground bricks and put back in place and install a new automatic water leveler it looked better than before he came. Bill is a master technician with a strong work ethic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

These guys are fantastic! I was reluctant to have a major remodel done on my pool but finally took a chance. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were always on time, kept me fully informed, supportive and resolved any issues in a heart beat! They are the best! And my contact guy, Aaron Bailey, is number one! He is just terrific! This was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had!

We had our swimming pool redone over a year ago by this company. I am sorry it has taken me this long to write a review. Start to finish Aaron Bailey and his team were incredible to work with. They were on time,very professional,courteous and on budget with no surprises.
I highly recommend the company and using Aaron as the foreman.
We had a couple small issues in the last month that needed repair they were out within a week and everything was taken care of.
Again I am so pleased we would recommend them to anyone.
