I am seeing all 5 Star rating for this company, however I think these are all fake. I called in for services for heating that was not working, the technician Josh shows up without giving a call or even a face mask as I already mentioned that this a rental property. He calls after diagnosis and informs me that the PCB board needs to be changed, the… draft motor needs to be changed , and the blower needs to be changed and in-fact the whole unit to be changed. I told I am on my way and should be there in 5-7 minutes and he didn't want to wait. All he wants is $750.00 to replace the new board

It is with great pleasure for me to leave a review. I normally don’t do this. The experience and professionalism my wife and I received was something we have not experienced in a long time. We’ve had servicemen come in after calling, making an appointment and it’s 2 days later they show, they come in do the work and leave eagerly.
Jerry came to our home within that hour to repair our furnace. He was friendly, and very informative to what he was doing, and explained the cause of the problem. He didn’t have to order the parts he had everything he needed to resolve the problem on his truck

So although my issue was a man emergency and I can appreciate emergency calls needing to be handled. I called to have service performed on my whole home humidifier, I was given a time for an appointment. The day of my appointment the tech calls and ask if we can reschedule. I kindly agree and set up for the next day. Although it meant changing some things around I would make it work. Next day I call the text a half hour into my appointment window just to be asked if we can reschedule yet gain, and I was just about to be called. Now I am appreciate jobs running long and so forth, but to reschedule

Our AC wasn't cooling so we called Jerry. He was at our home within 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and had it up and running in no time!!! Excellent prompt service! I would definitely recommend Jerry and his team to anybody that needs hvac work done to their home. I called Jerry Saturday morning and he told me to text me your info and I did and he was at my house in about 15 minutes. I needed a new furnace Then once he got here, he looked at my unit and said when do you want it done and I said today if possible. Long behold Jerry got it done. Jerry was able to come out on very short notice despite the fact that my house was slightly outside his typical service area. He actually arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. The AC has been working fine since. The cost was very fair considering the short notice, driving distance and type of repair.
