We're fully licensed & insured for your protection and peace of mind. We have a 3 step process in sanding and refinishing a floor. A rough cut with coarse sand paper to remove the old finish and level off any unevenness. The two other cuts are with a medium and then a fine coarse sand paper leaving a smooth floor ready for stain or polyurethane.We do all types of repairs from solid wood floors that have water, pet or chemical stains to engineered and laminate floors that need replacing.

Reliable Floors performed the repairs to our wood floors in the kitchen, main walk areas and front entrance on last week. We are beyond pleased with the service and their talent for wood floors. I got my floors done this past week by Reliable floors. I'm sooo over the moon with the finish product!! The color I wanted wasn't an easy color to achieve, but they did it! I gave them a picture of the floors I wanted and got exactly what's in the picture.
Thank you all for your punctuality and my new floors!! I can't believe how awesome they are! I will recommend you all to every person that ask about my hardwood floors or want them!!!
