Horrible customer service, very little information about the work being done. Never called to schedule a service time, just showed up to my residence and performed work without any notice or anyone being home, after I repeatedly called to schedule a time. Asked to speak with a manager about these issues, I was told one would be in touch with me and I have still not been contacted by anyone who works there. Was told credit card was an acceptable form of payment in the contract, but when I went to pay with a credit card there was a fee pay with a credit card that was never mentioned before. Get roofing

I had such a positive experience with Roof Doctors this morning. Andrew Buss was extremely informative and helpful. I had to run an errand to Ace Hardware while he was there and he came and found me to ask me a question. His service was top notch, and I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone!

Had a new roof put on in September 2016. There was a lot of miscommunication and things that were not done to the standards that were told. We had to request four to five times for things to be completed properly. I choose the company because I heard about them on the Phil Valentine show and that they were recommended by Angles list. Frustrating Time!
