Ventana Custom Homes was started by Mel Shimek along with his wife Betty & daughter Denise McAdams in 1996. He found his niche in the Real Estate industry where he began building quality homes and pools. Just outside of Paradise Valley, this home was quite the project to turn it from Frankenstein to a Beauty!
