We had LCT Construction replace a significant portion of our roof. Luis and his team did an EXCELLENT job. The quality of the work was exceptional and you could see they did all the little things necessary to prevent any future problems. Very professional and very efficient. Price was very competitive and I feel I got the value I was hoping for. I would highly recommend LCT Construction.

LCT Construction installed a new roof for me when my old roof began leaking. The old roof was installed by the previous owner over 20 years ago and was in really bad shape. My new roof looks amazing, it totally updated the look of my house. Louis was very friendly and professional. He made sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend LCT Construction and I will be calling them again for more work on my rental property.

Luis Castro provides exceptional service. He and his team are professional, courteous, on-time, cleaned constantly and completed roof and gutter installation in one day. They know their craft and they do it well, the roof and gutters look fabulous... I should have included siding! Would recommend to everyone! Go ahead and get a few quotes from any other group, then call LCT Construction, you won't be disappointed. I know I'm not.

The quality of the installation was excellent. All quality materials were used. The team was highly skilled, polite, and courteous. If you want a quality roof installation at a competitive price LCT Construction is highly recommended. My neighbor made an accurate observation that there was no yelling or orders given to the crew - they all just knew what to do and everyone just pitched in to do whatever was needed.

After meeting with four different roofing companies, we selected LCT Construction to replace the roof on our house, garage and a room we had added onto the back of our house. At the sales presentation, detailed information was provided on the products and the complete installation process. On the day of the installation, things couldn't have gone any smoother. LCT did a partial re-siding of our house. We went from cedar shakes to cedar planks on 3 sides. The final product is beautiful. Luis was very responsive to our needs and worked closely with us to make sure that all was done to our satisfaction. Next year we will have him come back and finish the rest of the house. The pricing was in the middle, and very reasonable. Very happy with the work and highly recommend!

My whole experience with TLC was wonderful. The person who came to initially give me a quote was friendly and very thorough. He explained everything leaving me with no questions. TLC was very responsive when I called to schedule my Roof installation and I was able to schedule it sooner than expected. The day of installation went very smoothly. From the initial quote from James to the finality of the project, we were so pleased. Luis, the owner and this crew were professional, respectful and took pride in their work. I was impressed that Luis came… daily to be on site to make sure all was going as he wanted and then once the job was done, he came back to go over the house to make sure we were not only happy but ecstatic with the work. We had new siding, trim, gutters, skylight and roof. The job quote was what we paid. Pricing was fair and totally worth it! I would highly recommend LCT Roofing.

We've needed to replace our 30 year old roof for a while. We contacted 5 people of whom 4 responded. One was a 2 hour sales pitch who refused to write up the quote and offered a 10% discount for an online review ahead of time. One quoted the job without a visit.
