A fluid applied roof, Is the roofing product is being manufactured on top of your roof, at the time of the installation. We believe that sustainability and affordability are some of the major reasons why fluid applied restorations are popular. A typical restoration is 10 year system but there is 15 up to even 25 year systems.

I didn't have as good experience as others did with this company. I called and set up an appointment to have some roofing work done on my 2 story house. Keven came out as promised and said he would email an estimate the next morning. He seemed like a nice guy and came across as very knowledgeable. Next morning no estimate. Later in the day I sent him a reminder text, and at the end of the day left him a voice message on his phone. Still no response. Later I sent an email and never heard from anyone. About 5 days later, he called and apologized for not answering messages. He said he was off

My mother is very satisfied with the job Joaquin Roofing has done start to finish! Kevin, their sales rep, provided excellent customer service every step of the way! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. Kevin explained the process thoroughly and checked in throughout the project. He was always available to answer any questions we had. The crew worked in 100+ degree weather, and even the owner, Sebastian, came out to work to make sure the job was completed on time. We would highly recommend Joaquin Roofing!

We just had a new roof put on by Joaquin Roofing. What a great company to work with! Kevin came out and gave us an estimate that we thought was very fair. Keven was very professional and friendly and explained in detail what we were to expect, he was also available for phone calls at all times. The workers actually started the job a couple days earlier than expected, which was fine with us. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. My roof was old and shingles blowing off in the wind. I had already obtained two other quotes. By coincidence one of their sales persons was parked and on his phone, so I stopped and asked if they would give me a quote. Jake was the salesman. He explained my options and suggested that due to the shallow pitch of the roof I not use shingles. The existing shingles were mostly in decent shape, and the plywood underneath was solid. So they installed 1" insulation board over the existing roof, then white rolled roofing material with welded seams, (60 mil white GAF Everguard TPO), new flashings

I had a great experience with Joaquin roofing. Excellent customer service with Kevin Tapia regarding reviewing roofing material, dry rot, cost and time frame. Kevin was able to work with cost to help me stay within my budget. Joaquin roofing has a great team of guys who work hard consistently regardless of the heatwave they were in. My roof was done within there time frame they promised me. I'm very pleased with Joaquin Roofing.

I came across Joaquin Roofing online back in September/ October of 2018. We were in the process of purchasing our house and it had 40 year old wood shingles. It needed a new roof. I called them and scheduled a free estimate for them to come out.
Our roof was scheduled to be worked on January but it got pushed back to March due to the storms and rain. They sent out a crew on the first day and took the roof apart. It took them about 7 days to finish the work. My husband and I are very happy with the roof. It looks beautiful btw we got a pattern style asphalt roof. Included in the estimate was replacement

Nice salesman...but I got a brand new roof AND gutters for almost $4K cheaper than what Joaquin Roofing quoted me! (Joaquin's estimate didn't even include the gutters) The only difference I could find is that Joaquin offered a slightly better warranty. (Which I did not care much about, because we are selling the house anyway) The guy also kept talking about how amazing their workers comp program is, and that's what sets them apart...lol. Strange. Anyway...shop around & get multiple estimates before you settle for their unreasonable prices!

We recently had Joaquin Roofing give us a bid for roof repair in which we had a lot of dry rot!
They we on time with their appt to view our home, bid our project and communicate with us a time frame.
They were true to their word!
Not only did the workers show up on time, they worked to finish our project in the 100 degree heat!
They were kind, efficient, and cleaned up any mess daily, as if they were never there!

I used several roofing companies to repair a leak in my roof. First they couldn't find the issue, then they claimed they found it and fixed it. I'd call again and they claimed it was a different issue, it wasn't. Yet when it rained, it continued to leak. I called Joaquin Roofing and not only was it fixed in one shot, they gave me a great price . Your customer service is outstanding. Very polite and immediate responses. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you!!!!

Not impressed with this company. I asked them to come out and take a look at some fascia boards that needed to be replaced and also to evaluate my roof for cracked tiles. The guy who came to do the estimate seemed really nice and knowledgeable and he said that I needed a whole new roof. I asked if he needed to go onto the roof to evaluate it and he said 'no.' That seemed weird to me so I asked if he needed to at least get up on the ladder so he could see it at eye level and he said that he didn't need to because he could see from the ground that there were a ton of cracked tiles
